Hello Jay – The new cost plus tax bring the amount close to $60.00. I need to take this to the members for review. I don’t think I have enough time to book your fine venue for this weekend. I will get back to you once I have spoken to the members. We are booked on the 28^th so the earliest time we could visit would be in December. On a personal level I hope the membership is inclined to accept as I enjoy Palm Aire very much.

Good afternoon Mr. Dietz,

 

I had a chance today to speak with our new general manager and club president.  They are both in favor of having you group play at Palm Aire, but there will be just a few changes. 

 

Firstly, there has to be an increase in the rate.  The lease expensive rate that I could negotiate for you was the fee that our sports members pay, $54 plus tax which includes the cart.  This is trying to be fair to the members that pay sizeable dues year round and still pay these fees. 

 

The second adjustment would be that I would like to set up a schedule with you for the winter months for which days your group will play.  There are some weeks where we have member events and would be better off staying away from.  I know that the regular play would be every other week, and we can try to keep it as close to that as possible, but have a set of dates in place will keep us all on the same page.

 

Please let me know if you are interested and we will move forward with booking your times for this weekend.
